1st time at Freddy’s didn’t know what to expect, but I always have to ask about deepfry oil because of my peanut allergy. And Good it wasn’t peanut instead canola oil. So I got my classic double bacon cheeseburger (mustard, pickle, onion) meal with fountain drink while my mom got chilly hotdog with a side of small vanilla ice cream. So we sit down, not expecting that they call the order number throughout the loud speaker in restaurant. The lady taking care of cashier was also doing the drive-thru, well done doing both jobs at the same time. Appreciate what you all do for the customers. Definitely will recommend Freddy’s to someone looking for a quick and tasty meal.

When I got to the store there was only one employee there. All the rest were outside on a break. Tables were dirty as were the floors. You have a fairly open kitchen and it was filthy. Employees came back in and none of them washed their hands. I should have left them. I ordered my mail. Milk shake was tasteless. Original single was sloppy looking. At the window was an employee on her phone.

I’ve been here several times since they opened. They have sorted out the new store growing pains. Service is always fast. The quality and presentation of the food is consistently good. The ice cream options are many. The value proposition here beats many other hamburger joints. The management here is doing a great job keeping the staff trained to the company standard.
