This is the only McDonald’s in town. It is very clear that the young staff could give 2 shites about customer service, standards or hospitality. I was a teen once working in the food industry it sucks, I get that.. However they shouldn’t work there if they are going to just mess with people’s food, joke and play around. You can have a fun work environment and still do right by the customer. I hope it improves but am not anticipating that happening….anytime soon.
