Drivers are awful. This wasn’t my first less than amazing experience with this particular location but this one left a sour taste with me. Order was cancelled after over an hour, driver claimed he attempted delivery, but never even came to the door. Claimed he called me and never did. When I called to inquire the “manager” hung up on me. If this is what they think good customer service is I would rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

Went to check on my food after an hour of waiting they hadn’t even started making it looked in and saw 2 people on their phones not doing anything and I tried calling beforehand and the person who answered said 1 word and hung up I came back 30 minutes later like they told me to and just to find out they canceled most of the orders I looked inside and saw the employees eating and not doing anything was told to wait another 30 minutes I ordered my food at 1042 and didn’t get ot until almost 1:00

I placed order in 03/09/23 around 8pm I did not get my food until 3 hrs later, so I called two days later due to my schedule and was told on 03/11/2023 that I could not be accommodated and I should of called the same day and too bad and good l luck getting in touch with Bruce the GM because she (Casey or Kerry the manager on 03/11 at 1:30pn shift) not willing to help very rude and disrespectful but verified my messed up order to me over the phone but clearly just didn’t want to assist me which at this point it’s about the disrespect I received from their manager she clearly doesn’t know great customer service and I don’t feel safe with her making my pizzas with that oh well attitude I can only imagine how she treats customers food smh HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!
