*** Missing a Pizza so half our family does not have dinner! *** Tonight we placed our order through the website, original delivery time was 1 hour. Part of our order arrived at an hour and 30+ minutes later. We called to try to turn the driver around, if he had it. First we were told they can’t do anything about door dash. But we did not order with door dash. Then we were told it was left on a table, they close soon and the driver will not be back in time to bring it (40mins before closing). We can go pick it up or be refunded. Tough luck on dinner. Not apologetic in the least. Plenty of other places to order from just extremely disappointed in a local business we have supported for years.

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 jets bread for delivery. Was told 1 hour, took and 1 hour 20 minutes and a pizza was missing. We called and they said it was at their store but they only have 1 driver. Only options were a free pizza on our next order or a refund. Now half my family eats. How about- “I’m so sorry, I’ll run it to you right now.” No- they were “closing in 40 minutes”. I live 8 minutes away. I told them To keep it and they can eat it. We USED to order from them once a week, now they are dead to me. I included a picture of my missing pizza.

Well I called and placed an order to be picked up and when we got there they said they didn’t have an order for us so I went back and checked and made sure I called the right store and it was the right number. Just don’t understand how they can say I didn’t have an order when I actually called the store and talked to someone. I recently found out I’ve got some inflammatory autoimmune problems and gluten sensitive so been trying various pizza places for gluten friendly options. BY FAR (although pricey but SO worth it) Jet’s ROCKS for both their gluten free crust and cauliflower crust options. I had my fav toppings on the cauliflower crust and made my own “cheesy bread” for the gluten free crust. OMG, yummy!! Finally found a go-to fav option when I’m craving good pizza!

Fresh great pizza and great service every time I go there that 1 of the best pizza in Murfreesboro hands down! Amy the manager is wonderful we had a doordash issue on Halloween last year a A few months ago where the doordash took my pizza and ate it and I waited 2 hours so I drove down there and she took care of me Really well I can’t believe how good she handled that 1 of the best managers I’ve seen at any business! So ever since last October instead of going once every several months I’ve been to that jet 6 times in the last 2 weeks!

The cost is higher than most places, but I ALWAYS enjoy the food that I get from this Jet’s. I’m a super big fan of thin crust, but I love their thin crust AND their deep dish. Employees are always very nice and store is clean. I’d recommend to anyone looking for some yummy pizza.
