I have been to Sims Cafe twice – both excellent experiences. First was Men’s Breakfast – a group of 40 of us went there for breakfast. Service and food were excellent. My wife and I went back for lunch. I had the Chicken Kabob – the quantity and quality of it was great.

Good food! However the area looks like a war zone. The landlord needs to be contacted to improve parking lot, street sign, landscaping, etc. I live here and the pride of the area is lacking!!!!!!!!!

There food ok. Its a small town Cafe. The owners are lazy and didn’t reprint the menu so none of the prices are correct so beware when ordering that your price will not be what the menu adds to be. For example I bought and omelet and stake and eggs on the menu it says 9.99 and 6.99 last time I checked that doesn’t add up to 23 dollars even with taxes. When asked about they point to front of menu that says prices may have increased doesnt where or how much so they could pretty much charge you whatever they want too an you wouldn’t ever know the difference.

I am new to the area, and stopped in for a “working” lunch at an odd time, about 2:00 p.m, ordered coffee and expected I would get the old burnt 2:00 p.m. coffee. Boy, was I wrong! Coffee was amazing! Fresh! Ordered a slim Jim, and I think I can say it’s the best I have ever had. I have been back three times since …coffee still always amazing, wait staff always very friendly, and the soup! Tried the tomato bisque and of course ordered grilled cheese sandwich. Both were outstanding. Soup obviously homemade and perfect. Never thought I would rave about a grilled cheese sandwich but there you have it. I will never go to Panera again!! Sims Cafe so much better! Thank you Sims for a lovely lunch spot where I can regroup during the workday.

Steven with Sim’s Cafe is a great guy. He is extraordinarily talented in the kitchen. He’s so creative with a very large menu to select from. I’ve tried over a dozen items on the menu including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. The quality of food is great, while the portions are very generous. Food prices are good and the service is good to make for a great overall experience. If you’re hungry and wanting something relatively quick, Sim’s is the place to go in Goodrich. I can’t recommend it enough! Go and enjoy a great meal!
