Eat here often , tonight 02/11/23 I go around 6:00 and get a veggie plate and a 2 piece dinner meal. The baked beans were mush and tasted old , rice was hard & the food all around was terrible !

This has been the only place where I really enjoy the southern style food. I enjoy the country style steak and gravy. Their biscuits are delicious also. I really wish they can add some candied yams on their menu. Either way I enjoy Mrs. Winners Chicken.

This restaraunt deserves a five star rating! I liked my visit at this location. My guest and I decided that we’d dine in, since there weren’t any customers dining in at our time of this visit. This place has a very down to Earth vibe. It’s definitely a good place to bring family, if you like southern home cooked meals. This place serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is not served all day like some other restaurants that have a similar menu. Near the front door entrance, is a newspaper stand and this place is extremely clean. Since I’ve never visited this location before, I had to take my time in reading their menu boards. The cashier was very patient with me and my guest while we skimmed through their menu boards. I ordered a $5, 3 piece chicken dinner with a side of macaroni and cheese, potato wedges, and a biscuit. I believe this was dark meat chicken, which really didn’t bother me. Anyway, my food tasted really good. I loved their homemade biscuits because they were fresh, perfect and they melted in my mouth. I will definitely return to this location.

The chicken was fantastic. The biscuits were scrumtrulecent. The mash potatoes were acceptable, however I found to be mediocre. Ok but nothing special at best a starchy filler to sope up the hot sauce drenched chicken. Which is pleasantly greasy. It absorbs hot sauce so well, which of course balances the fatty, lightly breaded chicken so perfectly. This is grandma’s fat food restaurant in a way. I think they were going for that and I for one, am so grateful for it. Mrs. Winner’s Chicken, is a “winner” to me.

There is a sweet young lady that works the counter and the drive-through; who provides the best service and food. I hope to catch her name someday and share it with you. You will not be disappointed. They have a breakfast platter for $2.69, that you can customize.

The lady taking order over intercom was very rude! Husband was giving her our order for 3 people wasn’t even done with the 2nd order and she comes over the intercom says “Are You Done, I have other people to take care of”! Plus our order wasn’t finished when we get to the window so we had to park. Then she comes out and asked for our receipt she erased the order off the computer and we had to wait another 5 or so minutes. Spent $25.00 for hardly any chicken dumplings a steak dinner and a chicken sandwich. I was trying to support local but being rude will loose all my business.

First time coming here, I figured local restaurant would have great food but I was wrong. I got a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. The biscuit was hard and look like it been sitting there for a while. The cheese was not even real cheese. It was most definitely imitation cheese. Look like a plastic rubbery layer ☹️ The cashier was really nice though so I gave 3 stars.
