I wouldn’t include a 1 star, but there’s no 0. I gave my son money to treat my grandsons to pizza. My son picked up the pizza to only discover after leaving that a fly was backed into the pizza. There was no way to not see the fly when the pizza was cut. I recommend you check your food so that this doesn’t happen to you.

My son received a free twists coupon from the local library. When we went in to redeem it the young man behind the counter was so nice to him. He asked why he got the coupon, what his favorite book was he read and joked with him his total was “$free.99”. We then moved to the stairs where he could watch pizzas being made and the young man Chris captivated him putting on a show as he made pizzas. When his twist were coming out the oven, the young man working that station motioned to me they were ready so we could move down and watch him finish up the order. He asked him if he liked a little or a lot of cinnamon. Lifted the squeeze bottle up high where he could see and made it so exciting. When he was done he handed it directly to him with a big smile. All this for a free order was so above and beyond. Everyone in the store was smiling and genuine. I even saw who I assume was a manager tell Chris he was doing a great job. Kudos to this store for the environment you have! And the cinnamon twists were delicious too.

Placed an order online and said it would be ready in 30min. Ended up waiting an hour and half BUT so worth it. They were backed up due to another location being closed (no power). They handled it very well with smiles on their faces. The customers were also (surprisingly) understanding. Food was delicious!

Had simply unbelievable service this evening. Not to mention the Spinach & Feta cheesy bread was cooked to absolute perfection. Anyway, long story short, this is my go to Domino’s NOW.!! With that beeing said, I’d like to thank Devon, Jeff, & Kris for taking good care of me. Definitely turned my very long, sad day, right around.!! Many thanks guys.

So they brought me a burnt cookie brownie and it was hard as a hockey puck so I called the store they proceeded to tell me that my order wasn’t there so I called three other store said the same thing so when I called back and I let them know that it was my order after I looked at my receipt and my online order receipt and come to find out I had the right place the entire time the man was very rude to me try to make me feel like I was going crazy refuse any type of help to relieve my complication and to be honest I want to call back

Horrible service! I love Domino’s and usually frequent this location. Ordered pizza from this location with a 30 minute carryout/pick up time. Upon my arrival into the restaurant I noticed both employees were texting on their phones. My pizza was not even close to being prepared. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. They didn’t start my order until I got there. The manager (Devin) attempted to use the excuse they were understaffed and the app doesn’t account for that when equating carry out times. I’m sure the app doesn’t account for employees being on their phones instead of working. To add insult to injury, he didn’t even bother to wash his hands after using his phone before he went back to handling food.

The guy Shawn was pleasant who took my order. When it came it took awhile, I’m assuming they are short on drivers so I didn’t mind the wait. My order was correct except I ordered a Philly cheese steak with extra meat an cheese and they barely put meat on it. I called the store an Shawn ensured me he would make it an send out another free of charge. I’m including what my 1st sandwich looked like. I will update my review once I get the new sandwich.

This pizza at this domino’s location is terribly bad. I can’t even call it pizza. Waited for over 45 mins for it when I was told 15-20mins. Manager had horrible attitude. Never am I going back there. Also domino’s pizza quality is in a downward spiral especially the ones in Virginia. This is what they sold to me as pizza. You really can’t call this a pizza.

I had a really horrible experience yesterday 06/11/2020, I orded 2 pizza’s, cinnamon twist(with the icing) garlic bread or knots and a lemonade. When my pizza finally got delivered I received 1 damaged box which driver had on the bottom so I didn’t see it until after he left the cheese pizza was burt all over and the pepperoni was burnt but not as bad and bith pizzas were smushed and it was cold. I also didn’t receive the icing for my cinnamon twist. I called the store and asked for a manager and spoke with Madison who was very friendly who says she’d give me a credit for 2 free pizzas and sides on my next order which I appreciate but I am still upset because my kids were already hungry and then we received this horrible meal I’ve never had a bad experience with this domino’s and I’ve been ordering from them for years I’m not sure what’s going on but I’ll give them another shot when I use the credit that’s supposed to be available to me but next time I may go pick it up instead.
