After giving this place 4-5 tries since living here it has become pointless. Messed up orders, Always late by at least 30-40min, and sometimes they even accidentally cancel orders (no idea how). The inside looks as run down as the outside. If you love poor service, nasty building conditions, cold food, and living on the chance of even receiving your food then this is the papa johns for you!!

This place completely sucks, orders usually takes more than an hour, people who works there are extremely rude and treat costumers bad. My mom went there yesterday and one of the guys who works there treated her really bad and rude, didn’t pay attention to her order and when she said something to him he yelled at her and gave her biggest attitude. Only option for her was to leave the place without pizza. also same thing happened to my brother when he went there, same man treated him really bad… i don’t know whats wrong with him

Time after time I try to give this location a chance in hopes regardless of the day or time it may be a better experience and yet it never is. Less than 15 minutes away and each time takes an hour plus to get the food. Every time you call it’s the excuse “it’s on it’s way”( weird coincidence ). Food is always cold/taste like it’s been sitting. It’s no wonder why this location has poor ratings. The poor ownership to not make changes for the better easily reflects on the type of cares the employees have. Also, why have a “tracker” that is ALWAYS wrong. Stop waiting until there’s multiple orders ready to go out to then decide when you’re gonna deliver.

Not only is the service extremely slow (I’m usually waiting double the quoted time, every time), but the employees are rude. I stood there waiting for my order, not saying anything, just waiting quietly. Only for a female worker to ask a male customer about his order then she gave it to him and apologized for the wait. Then she walked away without asking me if I was waiting for anything, my name or even making eye contact. She just straight ignored me for no reason. Then another worker, that knew I was waiting, handed me my ordered and apologized and had no clue why no one else bothered to even check on it. When I got home I had found out that there was a sauce cup smashed into the center of my pizza and it was smashed so hard that it broke and leaked over the pizza and the box. Complained to corporate about it and they contacted the store, letting me know the manager will be in contact with within 48 hrs. It’s been over a week and still no word. I’ll never use this location again. If you’re going to mess with peoples food, you have no right working in the service industry.

The delivery app is never accurate. Says out for delivery when has not left then says delivered when it has not been. Then when you call for an update you get a rude person who hangs up without even appropriately ending the conversation. Always a pleasant way to spend money

I never have a problem with this place. Except that they are so busy sometimes they may not answer the phone immediately. Theres always an app, right? However, the pizza is always nice, hot and super fresh. Their one driver Michael C. is awesome. He actually calls to make sure he has your instructions down correct. Simple things like bringing an extra garlic sauce etc. Attention to detail is awesome. I love that, and will remain ordering from here for things that simple that make a difference in making their service worth using.

I ordered 2 pies and 2 two liters at 745pm – I did not receieve until close to 930pm. They had a food service (doordash) deliver the order. Pizza box was wet because of the rain, pizza was cold and they forgot one soda. Driver told me she would not return to pick up because she “only had less than 1/4 tank of gas”. Waited on hold for over 45mins TWICE with no luck. Called corporate number and they waited on hold for 20mins with no luck. I was told I would get a call from supervisor within 48 hrs – it has been a week.
