I ordered 2 of the rotisserie chicken bite baskets, and each meal got a little cup that was barely halfway filled with tiny chicken pieces. Overall the food tasted good, but disappointed in the servings of chicken.

After waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru line, we were told they were not serving ice cream. When I saw customers leaving with ice cream from the store and customers being handed ice cream through the drive-thru window and it was my turn to pull up to the window, I asked why other customers had ice cream but they wouldn’t serve us any. The answer was “we have a lot going on”. So, this place will not serve ice cream “if they have a lot going on”. This place is ran by a bunch of 15 year old unprofessional kids. One of the workers clearly hasn’t bathed in many, many days, hair is disgusting and they are serving the food. What an embarrassment.

Great food, as we’ve experienced at every Dairy Queen, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Sadly, the temperature of the dining room was too high to be comfortable, and some of the flavors in the soft drink dispenser were out. We’ll be back, but hopefully the store will get some maintenance soon!

We come to the DQ in Boonville every week and every week it’s a battle when we order our food usually it’s a 6 piece chicken strip with Buffalo sauce. Tonight we had a couple extra things on our order and after every thing we said they said is that all for Tonight being very rude as we sat at the window there was alot of game playing going on behind the counter. We were not impressed with the employees

I get the $7 meal deal burger every other week or so. The burger is generally pretty good but, I wish they would stop tipping the Blizzards upside down. Three times now I have had a mess in my truck because the fruit in the blizzard thins out the ice cream and it spills everywhere when they flip it. It’s just a silly thing to do that proves nothing.

Very disappointed in the young service workers. They are more interested in getting out on time then bringing in another $30 for the company. We show up to dine in 10 minutes before eight. We get half of our order into the register and a young man says that he hast to make it to go because they closed the dining room in 10 minutes. We left and went to McDonald’s. If I had a business I would never kick people out or put them on a time limit.

The lobby was clean, comfortable and well lit. Even though it was relatively busy, we didn’t have to wait very long for our food. We ordered two chicken strip meals. The gravy was hot, the fries were hot-ish, the toast was cold and soggy and the chicken strips were hard, cold and not good at all. The ice cream was good though- a Blizzard and a shake.

Went today after church. After we waited for 30 minutes to get our food(4 meals) I went back to the counter to inquire how our order was coming along. There were 4 workers talking I waited and never was asked if I needed help. I finally said can someone help me? The Young lady at counter turned around and said what did you order? I told her, again. A young man says yours will be in a few minutes. When we got our food we had cold soggy fries and the sandwiches were room temperature. the young lady taking customers orders was rude. I won’t be back.
