I got the very berry crepes which were really good. I also tried a bite of the stuff cinnamon french toast which was delicious but far to sweet for me. The pancakes and everything else my group got was just okay. It was a nice place to get a little breakfast but was apparently (according to my relatives) a hit expensive for the area. Everything cost about $10 a plate. I enjoyed my food and would go back if I was in town longer. Fair warning if you want the famous apple pancake it take 25min to cook.

Decided to try this place while in the area. Wish we hadn’t. The service was slow, had to get up and find someone to get more coffee. The food had little to no flavor. The chicken seemed like it came from the freezer section of a grocery store. The sausage links looked like they came from a box. The bacon was really the only descent item, would have better had it not been over cooked on the ends and undercooked in the middle. The hashbrowns browns were undercooked and tasted like bad oil. Not crispy at all. And the service, should say what service. She took our order brought out food never asked how it was never came back except to drop off the check. I had to get up to go find someone to refill my coffee. And there was another employee that was sitting at a table eating in-between helping people. Just seems like it’s over priced poor service, poor quality food and bad cooking of the food. Not even the decor in side was redeeming. Last thing I will point out is the menu we had, had diff we different prices in it then what we were billed and then then they had a menu behind the greeter station that had a more expensive price yet still different then what we were billed. There online menu is also different in prices. Found one on their website completely wrong to what we were billed. Another one under a link to a menu with a clover price list and then one on Google. Either way 7.27 for a side of bacon is not worth it especially with the service and the food quality of the rest of the meal.

Wonderful food, staff and environment! I have been here a handful of times and every time has been great, but I specifically want to share about my trip there for a Mother’s Day Brunch. I typically get stressed about Mother’s Day brunches, and as a mom, it can be hard to enjoy the celebration for one reason or another. Today they were busy, but you wouldn’t have been able to tell that from the staff’s genuinely bright, caring and cheerful attitudes, the availability, and the speed of the service. I think each staff member genuinely wished me a happy Mother’s Day at some point and were all as helpful as could be. It allowed for me to enjoy my brunch without stress. The food was amazing! I’m glad we chose to dine at the Pancake Cafe, and thankful for the lovely event they hosted! It was wonderful!

Food was decent, french toast was good but crepes were really wet and lathered in oil. Bacon was thick but good. Also found a hair in our hash browns and they still charged us for it. Not even a manager came to check on us, disappointed.

Manager was visibly rude to young employees (in front of customers) and could use emotional intelligence training. They seemed understaffed but man it was bad.

Yikes. Menu prices are apparently not the same as what they will actually charge you.. server didn’t check in at all after the food came. Just brought the bill. Asked server about the prices and she didn’t know. Got someone else (manager maybe? Really unprofessional if so) and she argued about the prices. Bad food. Very bland. Not worth the money that they don’t tell you they will charge you.

Food was good, they have gluten-free options which is a plus for me! Our waitress did very good. The Atmosphere could use a little decor, it was very sparse and bare in the restaurant. Maybe need to hire an interior designer.

Very disappointed. Food was burnt, I ordered hashbrowns with onions and mushrooms, ham and 2 eggs over med. This is what they gave me on my to go order. I ordered for multiple people. The other egg entree with hashbrowns was also burnt. The pancakes looked good though so hope she can eat those later. I gave a 30% tip, I should have looked in the bags first. I felt horrible when I showed our meal to my resident and her staff. The resident just went to bed instead:(
