First timers from Ohio!!! Thx to Scooter with his shout out for this wonderful & fun location. Food was great, service amazing & a great spot to listen to music &&& view an amazing sunset!! Only downside is the bathrooms. Plenty of room & clean butttttt hot like a sauna!!

Tiki bar outside seating! Great for a lunch stop either road or waterside. Friendly wait staff and fairly quick service for such a big group. The food was good too. And the giant ceiling fan helped keep us cool.

We arrived very early for dinner (4 pm) and were greeted immediately, even though the restaurant was empty. Our waiter, Kevin, was very helpful with menu selection and dietary restrictions (see note below). The food is a bit on the pricey side ($17.99 for a crab cake sandwich and coleslaw), but you can’t beat the view at sunset, so it’s worth the extra price. The key lime pie is the real deal! They also didn’t mind that we stayed at our table and talked a bit long. It was a wonderful experience for long-distance friends catching up. And thank you, Kevin, for your professional service!

We visited the bar on the top floor. Great view of the intercoastal and a nice sunset. I had the scampi…awesome. I thought enough for 2 people but I forced myself not to eat it all. Will definitely make this one of our regular stops. Sorry I forgot to take pictures.

Okay, great view, but the food was awful. I had a BBQ chicken sandwich that had no BBQ sauce and the chicken was a rubber rock solid half piece of chicken, the slice of bacon was rubber chewy. I sent it back. The lemonade was water with a half squeeze of lemon? Place was empty… Wonder why.

This new Evies at Spanish Point is a real treat. The less-busy third floor outdoor area has a gorgeous water view with Casey Key directly across. Just beautiful! They have a large menu with a lot of everything. I had their Mahi wrap, and it was delicious. My friends’ hamburgers were enormous, and also delicious. The servers were nice, efficient, and very attentive. We will be back

After waiting an hour and twenty minutes after we ordered our food arrived wrong. We told the waitress/bartender. She shrugged her shoulders and asked if there was anything else. Did not fix the orders. Did not refill our glasses. Kept telling us our order would be out next. Scallops were good but only warm not hot. Sandwiches were topped wrong, cooked wrong, and not hot. We have always eaten at the tiki and had good food and service. Very disappointed with the upstairs restaurant and service.

Property and location are stunning, but alas, it really needs an executive chef. The food preparation was sub-par and very disappointing to say the least. It appears they have cook but not a chef. The lobster roll was cold, mushy and stale. French fries were overcooked, and tacos were a mess. We could not recommend this place for the food quality.
