Ate there once. What you’d expect from any good restaurant…clean environment and food on time…. After reading other people’s reviews of this location, it’s IMPORTANT that you buy their food in person, and watch them put it in your plate… do not order online so you won’t be disappointed.

So disappointing. I WAS a loyal Chipotle fan for years. It just keeps getting worse. $14.50 for a salad with half a spoon of cold steak and almost no lettuce either. Bowl was 1/2 full, if that. I’ll stick with Qdoba, worth the extra drive. I know inflation is real, I’m in business too, but higher prices AND insulting portion isn’t acceptable.

Received my Uber eats order and they gave me such a small amount for an unreal amount that I paid. The total was over 30 for two bowls and chips and this is what was delivered. This is unacceptable.

Had a few unfortunate experiences here with their online orders. Everything was wrong and aside from returning to store in-person – there is no other way to have any form of compensation taken care of. Their online customer service is beyond awful and was no help at all – abysmal considering Chipotle is such a big business! I’d had a ‘make good’ from a manager there who went above and beyond to do right by me (albeit they’re apparently not supposed to do anything for mistakes on online orders – which is ludicrous); so we went IN store to order and everything was perfectly fine. I’m still not going to give a higher score until things are smoother. Corporate should care more about their customer’s rather than leaving them in the cold with no assistance… offering a bag of chips for a $60 order major mishap is NOT good business… it’s VERY bad.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. I am a teacher and ordered a delivery on their website for a group of us teachers for lunch. They delivered me someone else’s order. When I contacted the restaurant myself, the staff and manager was very rude, unprofessional and not accommodating. The manager told me there was nothing he could do and refused to give me a refund and instead insisted on giving me coupons as a fair deal. We did not get our food nor did I receive a refund on my order. DO NOT go to this location for your Chipotle orders.

Don’t bother, they close the store early. It was 9:30pm and the guy from Inside ran and locked the door. I get its close to closing time, bla kind gesture would’ve have been better. Stuff like that leaves a stamp. Oh well

To start off, I’ve been a regular chipotle customer at this particular location for over 5 years. They have always been a 5 star restaurant in my book, but in the past 6 months or so, customer satisfaction has gone way down, while the prices have continued to go up. I use the online ordering service regularly, and lately my bowl has been halfway filled every time. I reached out to customer service who sent me a BOGO coupon code in which I used at the Wantagh, NY location. Wantagh did not disappoint! The bowl was densely packed and heavy. The customer service agent said that he would be sending correspondence to the Levittown manager to make sure that the staff would be notified of this ongoing issue. Just yesterday I visited the Levittown location once again because I wanted to see how they improved in the past week. Once again, same thing… a bowl halfway filled. At this point, I have decided to no longer do business with this chipotle location. I hope someone in charge will see this and make the necessary improvements.
