Well for one, it took over a hour and a half for them to just deliver it. I was tracking my order and it said delivered, but it wasn’t. So I waited about 15 minutes before I called the store to see what was going on and she tells “ all our deliveries are out now”, so I said “okay but it said it’s already been delivered”, and she goes to repeat it about two more times then hangs up. I called back and they wouldn’t answer. So after maybe 40 minutes after the call they finally show up. The pizza was cold and all the grease had soaked through the box. Everything had gotten cold! The food wasn’t good, and neither was the service!!!!! If I had the option for no stars, that’s what it would be!!!!!!!

The Cleveland Pizza Hut was once good. When I was a child I remember always celebrating a flag football win and going there to partake in the Buffett. They were truly good times. This particular Pizza Hut was closed for awhile due to health code issues or something yada yada yada. It reopened not too long ago and let me update everyone on how they’re doing. They should have stayed closed. It starts with management then the workers themselves. I want a cooked pizza please and not dough. Get your stuff together.

My wasn’t delivered in a timely manner. When I received it the pizza looked as if it had been thrown around. I also found a broken black rubber band on the pizza. I will never order from this place again. This is my second time having an issue with my order. I won’t give them a third round ♀️

This pizza hut is so nice and so fast. They obviously have a good crew that work together now and quality seems to be their number one goal. Don’t ever doubt this pizza hut. They are always so kind to me , they don’t know what that means tome! Good job y’all keep it up. Love pizza hut.

I mean.. it’s nice. It’s pizza hut, but these people are so unreliable, dude, half of the time, they have no deliverers, the other half they’re out of almost everything. I guess it must have bad management or something? It was also literally shutdown for like, months, so take that as you will.

I would have gave a 5 star like I always do until the employee tried to make it out like I put in the wrong address when I order on line and then you can track your order. So when the employee told me I put in Boyle MS instead of Cleveland, ai went to my tracking and looked at my address where they were supposed to deliver the pizza and BAMM I was right and he was wrong. Just be honest an say Im truly sorry mam but it was delivered to the wrong address and we are making you a fresh dinner box an have it there in 15 to 20 minutes. No need to try to make the customer look like a liar.

Someone in MS got into my online account and ordered food. I contacted the store and told them to cancel it. Did not see my points refunded. Could not find another avenue to contact customer service regarding this issue. Should have 2 factor authentication option on website. PS: changed my password on pizza hut acct.
