Order a burger with lettuce pickles cheese and ketchup only a side salad, 2 orders of fries and chicken parmigiana. Got a burger with tomatoes, no ketchup, with mayo, one pickle! Oh there were plenty of fries to go with it

Grilled chicken had a very burnt taste to it even if it didn’t look that way and very tough. Waitress was also hostess so my husband waited for way too long to get a refill with his empty glass

Took my kids here for dinner. The food was good, but the staff was truly spectacular. Not only was our waitress super friendly & chatty with the kids, she kept our drinks topped off constantly, and provided great service. And when we were getting soft serve from their dessert bar at the end of the meal, the manager came over and was awesome with my kids as well, and even busted out some sprinkles from the back room and made my kids’ day! Awesome family dinner experience, thank you!

Tonight was our last night eating at this place. Our waiter was very rude and unprofessional. Our order was wrong and when we told her about it she proceeded to come back and tell us that what we had initially ordered they were out of. Somehow we got charged for extra food which we never got. We just want be back, especially when we can go somewhere else with better quality and better service.
