I ordered 1 butter bagel 2 hash brown orders 6 glazed donuts and an iced coffee I pull off and realize they are missing one of my hash brown orders so I call them on the phone because traffic to get back to the location is bad. I get on the phone and tell the one of the orders of hash browns is not in bag just the bagel and one order the women on the phone proceeded to say yes it is we check the cameras. My husband says that’s a lie we can come back and check the cameras with you she then rush and say no the manager not here. So unprofessional and disgusting behavior. Who lies about a 2 dollar order of hash browns I paid for something you did not give me what I paid for . If I paid for two orders then I should’ve got 2 orders not one. She is a flat out liar or blind because if she would’ve check the cameras she would’ve seen one hash brown order in bag and one bagel. Mad it something way bigger than it needed to be with her disrespect.

Friendly service, good quality food, correct order, and not expensive- everything you could ask for. I have to say at many Dunkin locations I’ve been to, the staff isn’t very nice and the customer service is poor. However, this one was good and I enjoyed the drive through experience. Probably one of the best locations I’ve been to. Stop by if you’re in the area!
