Great food! Right off the hwy for travelers. We enjoyed the burgers, smashed with nice crispy edges- all the sides were great. I enjoyed the OG burger- came with sauce, shredded lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Love the fixings! It’s a Small storefront grill with a Mexican grill attached and shared seating. Nothing fancy but fast and delicious. Friendly staff topped it off

Stopped in on the way to Arkansas and I had the Bing Bang shrimp wrap with a Great side salad. I lived the lettuce mix they used on the side salad and wrap. The shrimp had great flavor. I highly reccomend the Scruffs Grill Sauce for your salad dressing as it is Fantastic. I will need to stop by and examine the menu further. What a great find. PS they have a taco place and Bakery connected in the same building.

I had a great experience at Scruff’s Grill for sure! The sweet potato fries are hands down the best fries I’ve ever had. Sweet potato fries are usually a bit soggy, but these were perfectly crispy. Scruff’s Grill puts a ghost pepper infused honey on the sweet potato fries, so they have some spice, but the honey reels the spice back in for an amazing balance of flavor. As far as their regular potato fries go, they were just your average crinkle fry. I got their Bacon Mac Attack burger, which was really yummy. Their smashed patties are top quality. The edges of the patties got a nice crisp on them, which couldn’t have made me happier. The ambiance of the restaurant is welcoming and fun. I’d recommend giving Scruff’s Grill a try! They also have partner restaurants that are connected and share the same dining area. The other restaurants are American Taco Company and Heavenly Divine Cakes.

Got lucky and found this place here on Google Maps. The setup is strange when you walk in. Apparently they own the taco/Mexican place and bakery next door as they share a dining room (the two restaurants) and a bathroom.

The food is delicious. I ordered 10 street tacos and enjoyed every bite. The owner is awesome. My daughter was hoping for some Gatorade with her meal. The fountain was out. He went out of his way to make sure my girl got her Gatorade. It’s the small things that make a huge difference.

For real. This might be the best hamburger in the state. Wow. Grab a pile of napkins— you’re going to need them. But you’re going to enjoy every second. I got the Scruff’s O.G. Which comes with perfectly crispy fries and a magic sauce that makes things even more delicious.

The BEST burger I’ve ever had (Scruff’s OG) with excellent fries and ranch dipping sauce. I enjoyed every last bite. We also ordered the chili dog and it was also great. We will definitely stop by here again when we are traveling through Missouri. In a word: YUM!

Scruff’s Grill, a sister to the American Taco Company, is definitely its own animal, even though it shares a dining room. Here’s the down low. Delicious classic smashed burger and perfectly cooked crinkle fries✅ unique and tasty sweet potato fries with a not too hot, not too sweet Ghost pepper drizzle ✅ (recommended!) solid all beef chili dog on a toasted bun✅. If your looking for a solid made to order smash burger this spot is hard to beat.
