My family always orders Marcos for pizza night, tonight we ordered delivery, a few medium 1 topping pizzas and a few pizza bowls and sodas for everyone. The food and soda was delivered super fast, the driver was so nice and pleasant. The food looked and tasted amazing and was HOT! there was one hiccup….we didn’t receive the correct beverages. I immediately called and spoke with the general Manager Brad who was so so helpful, Brad offered to have the correct sodas delivered but I advised that wasn’t necessary, Brad was very apologetic for the mix up and refunded our soda purchase. My family really appreciated his professionalism and and kind gestures to remedy the situation. Even with the mix up we will continue to have Marcos for pizza night. Way to go to the E. Broad street (Blacklick) team under Brad(GM), the great customer service and food is greatly appreciated.

My son’s school was having a fundraiser event, which I decided to participate in. Sadly, I didn’t pay attention to the details and forgot to add the most important part, the FREE pizza. lol While Marco’s could have easily just given me the pizza box my son created, without the pizza, and created mayhem, they did the total opposite. I had a young lady call me at the request of the manager to confirm what I had ordered or should I say, lack of. HA! Thankfully, they were able to add the free pizza seamlessly… I would give them 10 stars for amazing customer service if I could!!

Really good Pizza. Orders are delivered very fast and the food is excellent. They are always running specials and I think they are priced very competitively compared to the competition. Marco’s is my new go to, last minute pizza when I need pizza quick. Highly recommend Marcos.

I regularly use this store for pizzas. Recently, I had $14 worth of coupons and ordered chicken, garlic crust pizza and it was the most awful pizza I had ever had. Wish I had gotten something better.

This location has amazing group of employees working there! We had a large catering order with another company that fell through and Marco’s were wonderful and understanding about delivering a large order in a timely manner. They are our “go to” whenever the team is hungry for pizza, wings or subs.

I’m surprised I hadn’t had Marcos before seeing as how it is a decently large chain. The pizza and wings were both very good, as well as the youthful staff who seemed to enjoy their jobs. Would definitely recommend.

Want a thin crust? You’ll get thick. Ask for no dressing for the salad since you have dressing at home? You’ll get 2 packets of ranch, 1 of which gets crushed by the bottle of tea in the same bag and the ranch gets everywhere. But at least they remembered to put all the pizza toppings I asked for on the pizza this time.
