Went this afternoon for the first time even though it does not have the most appetizing look in this picture the chicken burger and curly fries were awesome. It’s obviously and old school burger joint, and definitely still have their old school style of making burgers that still give it a good taste. Today this combo was on special for $9.00 when normally this meal goes for $11.50. Curly fries aren’t extra nor is the drink as it comes in a meal.

Great burgers. The chocolate shakes were pretty good. Good onion rings. Good curly fries, but are they always supposed to taste similar to fajita fries? Didn’t need ketchup for the fries as they were fine on their own. The fry sauce was the perfect complement to the onion rings. Glad to see a real burger again. Tired of those tasteless ones available on the road.

For my daughters birthday weekend dinner she wanted gem. (Who wouldn’t) …. We were out golfing and it took a little longer than expected…. I called in at 845 and asked if I could order food and pay over the phone and they could set it outside …. She said no but they would leave a window open and we could pay when we got there. I told her that was awesome and would mean so much to my birthday girl. We picked up dinner and paid. They also gave us a hand written note to the birthday girl, a gift certificate, and a sundae. Hands down best experience we have had in a very long time from anywhere. We are regulars and will continue to be. We love Gem ❤️

Finally, a place in Southwest Idaho with decent Fry Sauce! So far this is the best fry sauce in the valley. Burger was really good, and portions are good sized. A small fry is like a medium to large any place else. Fresh and tasty. Servers and staff are friendly and on top of things for the most part. Ordering however takes a very LONG (I mean LONG) time. I was third in line and the people who came in behind me left. Honestly had I not had a lot of time myself I would have left as well. Glad I didn’t. They really need to have one person working on orders and another on drinks when things are busy. Another option is to bring the drinks out with the meal. It is costing them $. I had a gem burger combo. They had good looking, reasonably priced, specials. I look forward to going back. Definitely a Gem in the Gem state!

Delicious and different. Had great fries that weren’t too salty just the perfect amount. It’s also a nice change to have ham on a burger. The menu seems to have a lot of variety.
