i’ll be honest with you I really like the roadhouse from years past and someone had told me that this is a new franchise here but they really truly need to work on the attitudes of the servers from the very moment we got here it was one server after another after another total of four different servers all of them with really bad attitudes and not a single one of them smiled nobody was happy I mean seriously what would make me want to come back here I normally never leave bad reviews whatsoever and I tried to check my own personal attitude to see if it was something I did but certainly not. our table was not picked up while we ate plates and dishes were stacked all over the place the restaurant was not busy at all and it was just after 3 o’clock. How do I know 3 o’clock because I was told that our party of 20 could not be seated until 3 o’clock when the servers actually started their shift. Everybody has a bad day every once in a while that’s understandable but the managers should be giving the servers and workers pep talks and motivation to want to be better to want to make a customers experience a good one

The server (Collin) was not only hot but was very attentive to our needs. There were 7 of us in our party and he got all of the orders correct. He was very polite and easy on the eyes. Oh the food was good also. A bit too much, as always, but good.

Recommend to join waitlist in advance. Steak is better than I expected. I will visit here again! The vibrant mood is also good. Severs were dancing from time to time with upbeat music, which made me excited as well 🙂

Joined the waitlist online before our arrival and checked in via text when we arrived. Within minutes we were told to come inside and that we were “on deck”. We checked in with the hosts and joined the others waiting in the on deck area where we probably waited less than 10 minutes and our table was ready. We had plenty of space for the 6 of us and the kids were given menus with coloring pages which we always appreciate. Our waitress quickly arrived to our table with two warm baskets of rolls which were so good and we quickly devoured them. We ordered our food and drinks and she rushed off to serve other tables. Orlur drinks arrived shortly after and then began the wait for our food. It was prim dinner time a little after 6pm on a Friday so we had a bit of a wait for our food but the rolls and coloring kept the kiddos content and when our food arrived it was all very good. The server was friendly and prompt to refill our drinks and rolls. Overall we love coming to this location and will probably be back again soon.

Been here multiple times. The entire menu is great. Delicious food. Whatever you go with. Chicken, Steak, Pork, Seafood. It is all consistently very good. Most places certain items are great and some sub par. Here though, all of the items are always delicious.

Had a great father’s day supper today. My son treated my wife and myself. I had the 8 oz. New York strip medium. One of the most tender and flavorful steaks I’ve ever had. Our waitress, Gabriel (Gabby) was so friendly and attentive. Great job.

Ordered To Go thinking they had curbside as the app states arrive and text “Here”. Arrived on time. Food was 15 minutes late. The food had obviously been completed at various times as our fries and onion blossom were ice cold. The one blossom looked like someone dug through it with a silverware prior to packing it, was horribly burned, and came with no sauce. This was our first try at this location and will be our last. The food quality was terrible.

My husband and I visited this restaurant last night. We are in the area visiting family and wanted to go out for a nice steak dinner. We have a Texas Roadhouse near where we live in South Carolina and we did not enjoy our visit to that particular restaurant. Needless to say, we were hesitant when my father-in-law suggested going here. We decided to give it a chance, and I am so glad we did. We booked ahead since we figured it could be busy. It was in fact busy, but after checking in, we were seated about 2 minutes later. We were promptly greeted by our waiter, Dustin. Dustin was amazing, from start to finish. He was polite, brought refills for our drinks without us asking, made recommendations, and checked on us many times. The food was phenomenal. The bread and cinnamon butter was divine. We ordered the cheese fries as appetizers and my husband got a Yeungling on tap. We both ordered 16 oz hand cut sirloins. My husband ordered his medium rare and I ordered mine medium. For my sides, I got a loaded baked potato and buttered corn. My husband got the mashed potatoes and green beans. Everything came out right and was very delicious. I highly recommend this place. The prices were very reasonable for the quality and amount of food we received. Thank you for the amazing experience.
