Very bad customer service, greeted with “name?” We were told that our call in order was sent out for delivery when no address was given, and told to wait 3 minutes while the delivery driver came back with our order. I parked and waited approximately 15 minutes, then went inside to check on our order. Finally, an employee assisted me and noticed our order sitting on the counter the whole time. There was no apology or discount or anything else said. Just here, the total, and that’s it. Sylvester Domino’s, wow.

Pizza was good but I was really disappointed after leaving a tip for the staff as the cashier said… Nooooooo don’t do that! Obviously I asked why and he informed me that only the store gets those tips. They DO NOT go to the employees.

I show up there at 10:31 p.m. They tell me that the ovens are down. So I look at the web site and it says times of business it says 11:00 a.m. till 11:00 p.m. So they be lucky I even gave them 1 star…. Terrible service. I DO NOT RECAMEND TO NO ONE!!!!!!!

Not a good experience the sign says large specialty pizza for $12.99, (I paid $15.11) however, the manager said that sale is not on and no one has come to change the sign. Told me I could not get my large specialty pizza for that price even though the sign is up and the manager said it’s been like that for over A YEAR!!!! THAT IS REALLY BAD BUSINESS!!! Then I waited on my pizza and I asked for no black olives, we’ll guest what was on my pizza?? BLACK OLIVES!!! I was offered another free pizza along with the one I ordered. So now I can say I got my money worth. The manager said, I GUEST SO!!! WOW!!!
