Don’t waste your time. Placed an online order and discovered when I got home I was missing at least a third of my items. Made another 20 mile round trip just to be told that there was nothing they could do about that. The girl at the counter acted like I was bothering her, and the “manager”, Ashley, was rude and argumentative. They had also screwed up the order of the person in front of me.

I waited an hour for my food. It was finally delivered and was missing items. I asked a staff member to correct the order and she said she would. I waited an additional hour before giving up and just putting in a second order for the missing items from the first order so that I could just feed my daughter and leave.

Ordered breakfast for 3 which was a complicated customized order due to food allergies. They got the entire order correct and wrote on each pack so we quickly knew what was in each one. Also the people were extremely nice and friendly. The bathrooms were clean too.

Went to Taco Bell before work this morning, I came at 8:15am they say they open at 8. I was waiting in the drive through line for 8 mins just waiting to order 1 thing before work so I wouldn’t go the whole day without eating. I’m really disappointed, no one greeted me nothing I got absolutely nothing. So I went around to the door to try to go in. The doors were still locked. I tried knocking to see if maybe they fell behind on opening. Im a really easy going person but this actually made me upset because no one was inside. I left. I hope this reaches whoever’s in charge there because that was definitely something they need to fix. It was 8:30 by the time I left and they still weren’t open. If you’re not open at 8 put a sign up or something to let people know you’re not open, either way that was not cool.

Terrible all around. Took forever to cook my food as there was no one infront of me. The crunch wrap Supreme had all ingredients in different bites not spread around. Looked like 10 kids just standing around.

Terrible service! Waited ten minutes just to order. Took about twenty minutes. Took thirty minutes for the customer before me. Trash all over the kitchen, and loud rap music with cuss words that I would not want to explain to my children. This place has gotten terrible!! What happened?! This whole crew needs to be fired!! Dead serious! Someone from corporate needs to sneak in under cover one night and see this garbage! I’m never gonna eat here again!

We got taco’s last night. Drive an hour home. I opened a taco to put salsa in and their prices may have gone up but quality and quantity went down. I think there was maybe…a tablespoon or less of meat…
