Employees are rude,and impatient rushed while making an order the left at drive thru window for over 35 mins while laughing and conversing with other employees when the order finally came the lady at the window shoved it at me never once said thank you on top of that half of the order was wrong and items were missing! I’ll never go back!!! I recommend that no one eats there at this single Arby’s it’s horrible!

I tried to get the 2 for $7, American roaste beef, minus the onion, sauce, and tomato, but they said I would be charged for a regular roast beef plus cheese, which would then be over $10. I said nope, cause no other Arby’s does that. So, I pulled around, ordered on the app, then went in and got my food. When I left, I said that they need to up train their window people.

Went thru the drive thru. Wife told the lady on the speaker we had a coupon and read what it said to her. The lady argued and said that wasn’t what the coupon said but my wife read exactly what was on there so I dunno what was up with that. Then the lady out of the blue says the “system is down.” Pretty convenient timing. And the kicker was we watched the van behind us order at the speaker and pull to the window and wait for their order.

Everything was good. The sandwich was a beef and cheddar but seemed a little dry compared to what it usually is. But the Mac and cheese was a different story. It is the hidden gem of fast food. I am telling you it was the best fast food I have ever had. Arby’s keeping this quiet is a pure waste. Everyone should be ordering it.
