The food is always good, took away a star cause I always have a sort of a problem each time I’ve been. They tend to ring up orders wrong and forget the accurate amount of an item. I work in fast food so I understand that you have to do it fast, but if I order a 5 piece I expect a five piece. I understand if it’s a family size and you have to hurry and maybe that’s an inaccurate amount but you can count five quickly. Also the peach tea is the bomb.

Ordered online a grilled chicken sandwich. It was so tough and couldn’t bite into it. It was like rubber. One bite. Threw it away and had no lunch. Called manager and came back after work. Manager never said I’m sorry. She was not embarrassed. She was accusatory like I would want a free sandwich. She said next time to bring it back. I told her that there better not be a next time that I get a rubber sandwich again. I never have had an experience like this with chicken or Zaxby’s.

Store inside needs a new freshen look. Food was good, but amount and presentation was lil lack luster. But taste was awesome, I had 3tender plate and my wife had chicken salad, and we got the two for 4 buffalo chic sandwich which was a joke. Two bites and gone, won’t be ordering that again

This is the closest location to our house, and the food is always great. The service at the window is great. But the last few times there has been a woman that runs the drive through that says “anything else” in a sarcastic tone after every single order. Its extremely rude, and we will probably start going to another location.

This is the absolute worst Zaxby’s to go to! They employ some of the most incompetent people out there. They refused to take my BOGO Zax snack when they never have done that before and they made up excuses as to why. Those were not outlined on the receipt. They need to be fired!
