I dined at RP Prime Steakhouse recently and my experience was mixed. The shrimp scampi and beet salad left much to be desired; they were quite mediocre. However, the standout was the excellent service provided throughout the meal. Surprisingly, the plain bread and the one with dry fruits and raisins were surprisingly delicious. What truly stood out was the opulent ambiance, offering a glimpse into how the affluent dine at fine establishments. As a common man from a humble background, I appreciated the luxurious setting and the impeccable service, even though the food fell short of expectations. It’s a place worth visiting for the experience more than the cuisine. They offer valet parking, adding to the convenience as well.

I was there for a private event. I had filet mignon and my wife had their Prime Rib Steak. We also had their penned with white truffle oil. Their food was exceptional. Their waiters were on the ball. They’d show up when you needed water or a drink and blend back into the background and leave you be to enjoy your food.

Fabulous experience! Service was impeccable, food was delicious, steaks were all prepared as ordered. Truffle ravioli was awesome, octopus perfectly cooked, artichoke and zucchini flowers were so delicious. We had a party of 6 on a Saturday night and the restaurant was extremely busy. Great vibe. Would highly recommend.

Food was average, but for the price, it was below average, especially the steaks. I’ve had much better steaks and appetizers from chain restaurants like Outback. Most dishes seemed to be under seasoned. The ceasar salad was one of the best I’ve had, however.
