I’m very upset with the way a Dunkin’ Donuts of millbrook employee treated me due to personal life information that their worker blurted out publicly which is very unprofessional. I asked to speak to a supervisor that made me wait half of an hour I then finally got the chance to speak with her and her very snobby attitude. She then told me that it is out of her hands because it was outside the store, I understand that but the situation that occurred happened inside the store during there work hours, she then proceeded to make another excuse that, that specific worker was punched out and she wasn’t punched out she was on the clock and in the middle of working the drive thru. So even after the supervisor of the store lied to my face. I then asked that the employee be spoken to or terminated for treating a paying Customer such as myself the way they did, she then told that she would, Personally I don’t believe that at all because multiple incidents have happened with this specific employee before to the point where the local authorities had to be contacted because of this worker. I suggest that a new supervisor be appointed to this Dunkin immediately because lack of professionalism that this store presents I no longer feel welcomed by this Dunkin and will continue to pursue with my complaints until something is done with this Dunkin!

I wish zero stars was an option. I used the Ap to order a dozen and a sandwich. I received not a single one of the donuts I picked, just an assortment of day old garbage in varieties I hate. The sandwich was made with bagel, not croissant like I ordered and the receipt even said croissant. If you want to waste money on a mixed bag of yesterday’s trash, this is your place.
