My bacon Swiss chicken sandwich was beyond messed up. I didn’t want to drive back for a replacement be a waste of time. Here is some pictures. Not only the chicken was less than half the portion. The inside was chewy/gummy… this use to be my favorite location. Not no more.

If you get chicken strips/stars they will “secretly” charge you an additional $1 for sauces (as if the chicken isn’t already over priced) When you order chicken strips/stars a dipping sauce should absolutely be included. This has happened multiple times. Unacceptable. And of course nobody answers the phone when calling.

During my recent visit to Carl’s Jr, I encountered some issues with the app-based offer for a free sandwich. Although I downloaded the app as instructed by the manager, Connie, I encountered an error message stating that the location was not accepting orders. When I brought this to Connie’s attention, she explained that there was nothing she could do to rectify the situation.

When I walked in the place it was nice and clean I ordered my food without a problem. When I received my food the fries were honestly better than McDonald’s. These fries were nice and fresh with the perfect amount of salt and my rest of my meal was overall great.

This CJ’s gets 4* due to on line Google maps says this place was open on the window at the restaurant it says they are open yet when I was there the first time today the inside of the place was closed my phone was 2% and died on me trying to place a pick up order I had to walk back home charge my phone that was after knocking on door 3 times trying to get a workers attention to charge my phone enough to place my order then turn around and walk back bang on door again luckily I got a girls attention after the 2 time banging I wasn’t leaving this time with out my food lol I was allowed in to pick up my order treaded with a smile told to have a nice day and even giving two ranches with out trying to charge like stingy with the sauce McDonald’s js

Exceptional customer service from Armando at the Drive Thru window. He was friendly, polite, and very efficient. I received my order quickly and the food was hot and freshly made. I deliver for Uber Eats and have been to a lot of different restaurants & this restaurant is definitely my favorite so far. The night crew all deserve raises.

This is what happens when you use a coupon at this location and after they make you wait because “they make fresh” and if you think because the sauce is gone I took the “3rd” one off. Look at closely and see that its just not enough sauce with the missing ingredients..

Can never go wrong with Carl’s Jr. Food was great. I love their raspberry iced tea, please don’t ever get rid of this beverage! Ordered a large cup here and it was mainly filled with ice ☹️

Not bad, but not the cheapest fast food. Clean establishment. Service is good. The “Big Carl’ is essentially what a double whopper with cheese is supposed to taste like. Fries are disappointing. The western bacon cheeseburger is also good, if you want bacon. Restroom is for customers only
