I ordered 4 glazed, 1 lemon, and 1 jelly donuts. They gave me the 4 glazed and 1 jelly donuts, but they gave me a maple frosted donut instead of the lemon. I told the worker that my order was incorrect, and she became very aggressive. The manager was extremely rude, also acting very aggressive towards me. They threatened me by saying that if I didn’t leave, they’d call security. I just wanted my order corrected. Never in my life have I ever seen such horrendous customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I know there are more important things to worry about but..ordered a bacon, egg and cheese. I saw the woman making it on a croissant. when I questioned her she very rudely said we don’t have bagels. So I questioned the other woman who took my order. She responded “well I thought you saw our sign”. She proceeds to nod to a sign that is 4 inches big. A customer standing nearby says “I didn’t see it either” I said it’s something you just inform the customer when ordering. As I was leaving, the one woman says sarcastically “have a nice daaaaayyyy” I called her out on it and she just smirkishly said I was just saying to have a nice day. Both women were totally classless.

This place always give absolutely worst service. I only go there because I gets comp from playing at the hard rock. This morning at 6am, I walked to the counter to order, no greeting whatsoever, I wanted bacon egg n cheese croissants but she told me the oven it’s not working right now she gotta call somebody to come fix it so I got donut holes instead. As I was sitting in front of the store waiting for my husband, I saw the other worker warning up stuff from the oven n I was like WTH so I walk up to the counter again order with another lady, the lady took my order the first time probably left to the smoke deck sitting down on her phone, anyways I asked this lady at the counter taking order if I can order croissant n she goes what chu want in it? With a rude attitude smh so theirs oven its working, other lady just lazy n dont want to work!

Terrible service. Do not go. My dad ordered a black coffee, girl asked him if he wanted sugar or creamer. He said no. Then she told him he didn’t need to have an attitude. He ended up leaving to go somewhere else.

Grabbed drinks to wake up the fam before checking out of the hotel. The gentleman taking orders was very pleasant and upbeat. I ordered three drinks (hot chocolate, chai latte, and double espresso) and all were great. The lady making drinks was awesome also.

Made sure to be there within 10 min of opening & I learned we don’t do that at HRHC DD. I was really looking forward to the cold foam cold brew but they hadn’t made any and the cold foam wasn’t the brown sugar it was vanilla. So I had to get an iced coffee with vanilla cold foam. It was meh. The donuts though were fresh and my sandwiches were great. They def need a little extra pep in there step if they want to be the first person people come in contact with in the start of their day.

Do NOT waste your money here! The 2 girls working on 9/17/21 at 7am had the worst attitude ever! The girl on register was taking and I said excuse me and she said I’m talking to my son with attitude! She had her cell phone on speaker on the counter. We ordered to caramel xl coffees! When we got to the truck both coffees were black coffees! Not even worth going back to the attitude that they had in the first place! Hardrock better get a grip on their service. We left 2 days early and we are high rollers! Went down the street to up and had a blast!
