Got a Frisco burger combo mind you this combo cost $12.39 . The outside of the sandwich appeared to be ok. As soon as I took it apart to make sure there was no tomatoes on my sandwich and noticed the meat was so hard you could not even bend it in half. So I took the combo back into the store and had it replaced with the tender combo. The tenders I received was cokd. The food was just not good at all. Very disappointed especially since I used to work at Hardee’s

Thanks Hardee’s for your excellent customer service!I I went to the drive-thru today. Katerina was very nice at the window. All I wanted was a cup of ice due to the heat and exhaustion. I was expecting to have to pay for the cup at least….I was pleasantly surprised she offered any size cup and a straw free. Thanks again.

There was only one girl working the counter and window. She was busy, courteous and helpful. But the food was something to be desired. The mushroom swiss burger was too greasy and very peppery. The bacon cheese burger was okay. They need help. Maybe next time it may be better.

Have only been to one Hardee’s where the employees actually seem like they want to help rather than hating their job and the customers that come through for making them work. The hot ham and cheese is the best thing in the menu in my opinion. Only issue is a lot of the time while eating it it’s cold in the center. Said as it just throws the taste off all together.

Not the best Hardee’s, food is decent enough, service is bad, especially old white manager lady. Should fix their online ordering system and not lie about “your order will be ready in a few minutes, come to drive through” only to have an anti-online drive through policy, and only start PAID online orders once the person has arrived, despite the fact people order online specifically because they don’t have extra time, and have to come inside only to wait BEHIND the drive through, when they may not even be dressed for getting out of the car (any other new parents with 2 full time jobs?)

We order 5 meals from this restaurant and the staff was rude and we felt the cashier Briyana was being racist. Several Black people came in and and she tild them to have a great day but said nothing to us. We order 2 friscos and the bread wasn’t even toasted. Most of the drinks in the machine were nasty either out of drink or carbonation. We asked for the owners number and they would not give it to us. WE WILL NOT BE BACK

Place was nasty, took 5 minutes before we even saw an employee, stuff on the tables. Cashier had her vape pen hanging out her pocket and u could smell the scented smoke from it in the lobby. Will never come here again

There is absolutely no reason to go here. There is about 10 different restaurants in the area. That would be 10 times better. There were no napkins. No lids for the cups. No straws. Every table is sticky. The trash cans were very full. The service was slow and my food was made incorrect.

Last time inside, drink machine not working and no ice, napkins or catsup for fries. This time asked for no ice in drinks at drive thru…ice in drinks. No catsup in bag. Ordered large Dr. Pepper… got small Coke. Ordered large combo, got small. I think burgers now only 1/4 pound… receipt says 1/4. I said make sure there’s lots of mushroom sauce, last time hardly any. Charged me $1.70 for extra sauce???

I was the only person inside the restaurant and it took them 10 minutes to even acknowledge me. Then they took my order and walked away for another 5 minutes. Got my food and it was cold.
