It’s so dirty in here. Food and grease caked on the grill. Dried food on literally every surface. Empty food prep containers burning on the warmer. Garbage everywhere! But still I decided to eat here. Now I’m coming out from both ends. Disgusting.

Ordered on app to pick up. Food was ready on time and “accurate.” Unfortunately, my sister found a bone in her chicken; the guacamole had very hard chunks of avocado – not ripe; the carnitas were tough and had a burnt taste; my salad had very little lettuce while the lifestyle Bowl my mom ordered with extra lettuce had lettuce to spare; and the fajita veggies were cold. The lifestyle bowl with barbacoa was delicious and had good potions, according to my mom.

The restaurant says that it closes at 11pm but as soon as I walked in at 10:30, one worker shakes his head and sighs. The place looked disastrous… Food all over the counter and the floor. Grossed me out before eating.

I loved coming here in the past, but as of lately it’s been messy inside and outside, no one is cleaning up! Very unappetizing. Also the food did not look well , it looked old and watery, the hot sauces especially. Chicken was a mixture of dry and undercooked.

We picked up a to go order a few days ago, and I almost choked on some sort of wood shaving that was in my chicken burrito bowl. I immediately called and after about 10 minutes, the automated service connected me to an actual employee. She supposedly took my information and told me the general manager would contact me. Still waiting for that phone call. I wasn’t looking for anything other than a refund on our order, considering it wasn’t edible. This Chipotle location has gone down hill. The chips are always stale and their customer service is horrible. Never again!

Not even one to leave reviews about restaurants but this by far is the worst chipotle i have ever been to. They were out of several ingredients & were rushing to make my order. I was having bad day & they made it worst. My bag almost tore and food dropped. Chips were put in the bag upside down. They forgot to add my vinaigrette although i asked for 3. AND last but no least the burritos were poorly wrapped. 0/5 stars for sure!

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Employees were rude, only one seemed even moderately happy, and the two who scooped my bowl both gave me just about nothing. The girl putting sour cream in wasn’t even paying attention so she barely put a dotted line of it and when I asked for more she said she’d charge exta even though she had barely put anything. I didn’t make a fuss out of it but wow, I just didn’t imagine my experience being this bad.

This the 4th time in three weeks they messed my order up. The tortilla had a hole in it and I was given the wrong meat for pickup. I used to never have any concerns going here at all, but after getting my order messed up 4 times in a row im never doing another pick up order ever again at this location at least.
