Service is absurdly slow. I walked in to make an order and it took several minutes for an employee to make it to the register. The first 2 minutes, I wasn’t even acknowledged by any of the employees passing the register. After that, an employee from the back would yell “We’ll be right with you” every so often for the next 5 minutes.

Stopped in for lunch before our two hour trip home, and we were hungry. Unfortunately the food did not “hit the spot”as we hoped it would. We both ordered a chicken sandwich basket with Ken with fries and nuggets and a drink. The chicken was definitely past it’s expired time and should not have been served, fries …eehh not hot and fresh but not cold either.

They where extremely rude towards me and yelled at me when I asked what was in the meal and then when I got to the window they said I have to wait for my food when I was the only car in the drive threw and waited for at least 8 minutes and when I got my food it was poorly made and the chicken was not to anyone’s standard at all. It was cold and super chewy and hard to eat. I would not recommend going to KFC if your interested in going their.

Not sure where to start. First off, there was no one in the building. As far as customers were concerned, it was not a super busy time. It was a bit after lunch. I placed my order in the drive through all seems fine. Just a small order, 2 kids meals and one regular meal. I paid they asked me to pull forwards for a few minutes. I thought this was weird as there wasn’t even anyone behind me in line. But whatever. Almost half an hour later I was brought a bag full of someone else’s food. I tried to say this is definitely not my food. And the person just started walking away. Someone else leaned out the window and yelled at them. To go take the food back because it wasn’t mine. Which they promptly did. By this time I was getting a little frustrated….. And my two toddlers in the back seat were starting to cry and get upset. Finally almost twenty minutes after that did they bring me my food. I quickly headed home. I should have just given them back to food and asked for my money back. They didn’t give me one of the french fries that went with my kids meal. Both of my kid’s meals were just thrown in the same bag. The French fries and their chicken nuggets were completely inedible. The chicken was so dried out, it was like jerky. My son tried to chew it and spit it out because he couldn’t even swallow it. The French fries were like shoe leather. And we’re cold and tasted like they had been sitting around since the day before. Also, they knew full well. They weren’t giving me one of the French fries because they tucked an old biscuit into a French fry container and threw that into the bag instead. I will never be returning to this KFC and anyone who asks me. I will tell them do not bother, it is disgusting. If I’m out and about and need to grab something from my little ones, it will always be arby’s McDonald’s or Wendy’s which I have never had any issues with, regardless of the time I go, and are far superior in quality. My experience was just so horrendous.

In drive-through, ordered the 16 piece chicken dinner with coleslaw, potatoes, and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was delicious!! The gravy was the most watery I’ve had. Everything was fresh and tasty; however, when we got home, we realized we had only been given a 12 piece meal. Dwayne went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service for us by making the order right. Amazing customer service!!!!

Arrived at 9 pm twice in 2 weeks. Was told by the worker both times they don’t make any chicken after 9 even though they don’t close until 10. Food is usually good but they’re service sucks. Too expensive anyway. Lee W.

Ordered delivery to my place of employment. They forgot to bring the drink and a food item. It happens I understand. When I called to see my options to fix the issue they kept telling me to come back. When I told them it was delivered and that I’m at work I can’t leave she hung up on me. I called back and they answered and hung up again without saying hello. I tried calling several more times to fix issue.. they wouldn’t answer there phone at all. Didn’t get my food or my money back for the missing items.
