We have been patrons of this location several times over several years and our experience tonight was 100x better than any visit in the past 5 years! Our waitress Brooke was phenomenal! She was attentive; friendly; and detailed! Not sure what has changed but the entire staff seemed much more pleasant and capable than past visits! If management reads this commend Brooke on her skills and service!

Came in today with my family of 6 service was average but the wood was absolutely horrible. I ordered the brisket sandwich was so dry I could barely eat it my wife ordered the ribs and the same thing dry as can be!!! Definitely won’t be coming back.

Busy all the time. Well staffed so wait is not too long but there is some. 5 cooks so they are moving your order as fast as they can. Food tastes great. Service is good but harried.

EDIT – UPDATE: Well, I went back in to check out the remodeled RibCrib and gave the Super Spud another go. I was very impressed, the HUGE potato was hot and LOADED with meat, bacon and cheese! Service was fantastic. Posting a picture below. I’ll be back

I was surprised the ribs were good, especially for a chain restaurant. I never had good BBQ in Oklahoma, you can’t expect much from a state where bbq bologna is eaten.
