The only thing good about this establishment was the young lady that took our order. She was courteous, pleasant, smiled and was very helpful. On the other hand this place was awful. I’ll start by mentioning the food was bland, the meats were dry. We ordered the pulled pork dry and no seasoning. The brisket again dry and rubbery. The green beans were tasteless and mushy and the chicken breast couldn’t be chewed. As I said AWFUL. The manager tried to over charge me three times over called him out on it he attempted to fool me again and then apologized saying it was his error. To top it off once looking to find a way out of there, there were the roaches up the walls and under the tables. Horrible place stay away.

Hello I have been coming to this location due to me living in Harahan and had some good and bad times ..food was a hit and miss…if they had it..that is one of many problems at this location, but I will not be able to come back til the place gets better, on the line, behind the big bar they have where you order. I was having to tell the new guy that I wanted green onions and he started putting raw white onions on my order. I looked over and started to tell him no sir and seen a few bugs that did not belong. I said something and he acted as if it wasn’t there. Then another one popped up and i had to go..paid and left. The place ..to me has gone downhill since early 2019..they had a good manager.. big black guy..there at that time and we would caterer food from him and he would deliver it to us. Always nice and clean at that time..please help with this matter..

I recently just left this place, couldn’t even place my order. They had a married couple on the line arguing, mice running through the lobby, as well as roaches on the counter near the food. I will never recommend this place to anyone. They need to be shut down IMMEDIATELY! They are very inconsistent and rude as well.

The sauce is pretty good,,the portion vs the price doesn’t even out.The brisket plate was more fat than meat,clean dinning area,plenty of parking.If ever you visit Memphis,Tenn try these “real” barbecue places:3 Little Pigs,A&R,Central,Tops, Leonard’s or the world famous Rendezvous,It’ll be worth the trip and price!!!And check out the Memphis in May WorldWide Barbecue cooking contest!!See you and your appetite there!

D’lish! Fall off the bone ribs. Tender brisket. Good bbq sauce. They offer sweet, spicy, and original. Mac ‘n cheese is ok. Nothing unique but good. The green beans are great! Different and smokey flavor. Wasn’t just salt and pepper. Definitely worth a visit. Looks small when you walk in but plenty of seating in the back.
