I visit this McDonald’s all the time and recently the atmosphere has dramatically changed. Stopped In To get a quick bite with the family and ate inside the dining room. A bunch of teen age boys were entering and instantly smelled pot and noticed he was holding a blunt in his hand. The staff knew them and the whole time we were in the dinning room with my 4 year old son and other older patrons the boys were running around rough housing and chasing staff around your dinning room cursing and pretending to wanna fight. They were very loud. The whole clan proceeded to the mens bathroom with a male staff member. Im guessing and can not confirm, it was to light up in a public bathroom. I could not believe the manager never came out. Not a place I want to sit in with my family to eat. You need to get your staff under control. I usually go through the drive thru and Maybe this explains why in the afternoon it is super slow. Too much playing? I will now go to Main Street location. Have not had this many problems there. Maybe better management?

Show up at 9am order 2 hash browns and a large black coffee. The folks behind me order a bunch of food. They get there’s before I get mine, again two hash browns and a large coffee…. Still waiting ten minutes later and I STILL haven’t gotten my coffee. They finally come up to the counter and ask what I’m waiting on…. LARGE BLACK COFFEE I said for the 3rd time. Just to be told

This is the worst restaurant in town. After giving them chance after chance I will no longer waste my money and time here. It is an absolute guarantee that you will NOT receive everything you order and whatever you do get will be cold and gross. This is why I laugh when I hear the wages these people expect!

Horrible service! I was very disappointed and disturbed. First I was questioned about my reward number I gave that the representative failed to include onto the ticket. Second my order was completely wrong. I ordered no onions extra pickle I get home and there’s tons of onions and a pickle. I tried calling the 1800 customer support number and the store I could not get a response. There seems to be alot of young people working at this location that are not knowledgeable and/ or professional. So sad for this community and unfortunate. Make sure you check everything the moment you receive the receipt and the moment you receive your food.

One time I went in, the employees were riding scooters and electrical scooters through the restaurant. Employees goof off and gossip while customers are waiting for food. I received a tote of cookies, and they had all collapsed into one huge cookie and crumbled if you separated them. By far, this is the WORST McDonalds I have EVER been to.

Worse McDonalds experience I’ve had. No one at the counter, it was digital order board only. The only pay method that worked was to “pay at the counter.” Can you say counter-intuitive, geez! There were about 15 young teens in the kitchen, and none seemed to have a clue. There was a strange woman in the lobby walking around talking to customers and going behind the counter, but had no ID or name tag or anything. The drink machine didn’t work and had to be turned with a key for each customer, which took forever. They said something about kids playing with it, so they always have it turned off, but no signage was present saying to see the counter for a drink. The food tasted terrible and was super greasy, way worse than usual fast food. Just absolutely hideous at every step!!! Never going to that location again.

My experience here today was really upsetting. Waited in line for about 25 minutes, food was missing and wrong so I had to go back inside. After entering the building I was literally asked what my problems was, not can I help you. I was huffed at. Had eyes rolled at me like it was a bother to do their jobs. I stood there watching the literal circus in the back. The manager who was very unprofessional, staff complaining and doing everything but what they should be doing. No thanks and never again.

This place is terrible, they always get things wrong which includes your coffee, I ordered 4 quarters with cheese all of which had stale bread, one had 2 burnt patties and no toppings, one had none of the original toppings just ketchup and mayo, one was deluxe but the patty wasn’t cooked and completely pink inside, I don’t even know about the last one it more than likely isn’t cooked either.
