I have ordered from this location several times and have never had an issue until this evening. Ordered was delivered and upon opening, it was the incorrect order although the receipt showed the correct order. Called, explained, took a few minutes for the individual to put a thought together about remaking it and redelivering it. Estimated it would take 30/45 min. to remake and redeliver. An hour passes and I call again, only to be told we are super busy and when I asked if it was out for delivery the response I received was we just put it in. This is completely unacceptable. Make it a priority to correct the order and have it redelivered as priority. Mistakes occur but making it right and how you handle it will affect your customer retention.

Called and waited for 10 mins for an answer, when the person answered they said they couldn’t take my call because of an unknown number. Asked if I could call back and if they would answer immediately. They said yes. Waited another 10 mins but this time said they could see my number. Ordered the 2 pizzas both asking for liberal extra sauce (same way I’ve ordered pizza here for the last 7 years.) Both pizzas came with little to no sauce and this is the 3rd time this has happened. Used to love this dominos but it’s gone down hill over the last several years. Guess I’ve got to find a new place.

We have ordered from here numerous times and they still have trouble finding our location and then on 1/20/23 we ordered and the kid took our order to the wrong place and just left it didn’t confirm it was even me they were delivering too he just handed over our order. The store did remake our order but that’s not the point. Confirm who you are delivering too before you leave an order that someone has already paid for. Just saying
