Customer service was atrocious. Went through the drive thru and you could tell the girl working the window had no interest in providing any kind of good service whatsoever. I won’t even say she “seemed” annoyed because I know… she WAS annoyed that anyone showed up to order food. How dare us.

Where do I start about this one. The drive thru was down so I went in and should have stayed in my car and went somewhere else. To make this story short and quick. We were traveling from Florida headed back home on a Sunday and nothing to grab to eat but was 1 of 2 places I saw and wanted this well I should have never stopped. The service was slow and terrible. No working restroom the line wasn’t that long and patrons that had already placed orders had frowns on their faces so I just walked out. No ordering that day

I came here earlier today to get a 8 piece meal with just drums and wings and they gave me all thighs. Now I had to go somewhere else and spend more money on food because my kids will not eat thighs. I don’t understand how hard it is to follow a simple instructions and would like a free family meal that isnt messed up.

After I got home and tried to eat the food I realized why there were no other customers eating in or in the drive through. I tried to use a “Two Can Dine” coupon that did not expire until December. The cashier said “we don’t have two can dine anymore.” If you are not going to take coupons, put a sign on the door or better yet QUIT PRINTING THEM. That’s false advertising. So I had to order the WAY overpriced meals. I ordered the three piece with a breast. What I got and was charged for was a big box and I was still charged a substitution fee too. I don’t appreciate being cheated, first by not accepting the coupon and then being charged for the wrong order. I should not have to check behind the staff but obviously I should have. Then they gave me potatoes instead of fries. So I had to go back in for that. Then when I got home the chicken was not edible. I HATE to waste food but I had no choice. One piece was so crunchy it was like eating rocks. The other one was stale / overcooked. It was literally garbage – probably cooked hours earlier or maybe even at lunchtime or the day before. The fries were shoestring (which I have never seen at KFC) and not good and were stale. I should have gotten a clue when I got there (7:45 P.M.) and the place was deserted – not a customer in sight. Duh. Now I know why. SAVE YOURSELF – pass this one by. Try Bojangles instead (although theirs is a bit spicy).
