My first time to try Teriyaki Madness and what a disappointment. I paid for a $17 Katsu bowl combo that tasted so bland and came out burnt. The veggies also was dry and bland. I had to douse it with so much sauce and sriracha to eat it. They had no menu boards up so if you’re new, you had no clue on what or how to order. The cashier tried her best to explain it but in the end didn’t even ask me what drink I wanted. I gave it a one star because of the guy who kept checking on my order since it took awhile too. I know they just opened but they need to work on a lot of things.

so i pulled up to teryaki madness and i’m waiting there nobody for like 2 minutes and then i went to the restroom and came back no one still at the front and as i start to wait again i hear them laughing like hyenas in the back and i’m still waiting like 4 minutes and then i saw a bell on the counter so i rang it super loud NOBODY still . so then i started spam ringing it lightly and someone came out finally but decided to eat else where. PS this is my first review i ever down and went out of my way to do.

employees act like the food is coming out from their pocket , my friend got a small bowl and i got a large bowl both of orange chicken and noodles and somehow my friend got more orange chicken than i did because they filled up my bowl full of noodles and about 5-7 small pieces of orange chicken on a small corner of the bowl while my friend got about 15-20 large and small pieces which is covering all the noodles underneath . if you want more orange chicken the secret is to get the smaller bowls because the employees get intimidated by the size of large bowls and they don’t want to waste lots of orange chicken since it’s a popular item so they fill up the larger bowls with noodles . avoid this mistake i made so you don’t pay lots of money for noodles .
