Horrible service. I ordered a bagel with butter and a large coca mocha signature latte hot. Bagel was dry and I was given an iced drink when I said hot. Attendant rolled his eyes and asked me to pull forward so the could make my new drink and not hold up the line. Sure. No problem at all. I pull to the front and about 10 minutes later the attendant come out. He hands me a medium drink and it’s a complete mess. I told him I ordered a large (clearly indicated on the label on the cup…) he gets huffy with me and turns to go back in. Knowing I can’t wait another 10 minutes I just take the drink. So nearly $8 later I take my messy medium and dry bagel and leave.

I don’t think there’s EVER been a time where I’ve gone to this Dunkin and gotten my correct order. Ordered on doordash from this location this morning, and lemme tell you, the ONLY correct item was my coffee. I ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese and they sent me a barely toasted sesame bagel with the smallest amount of cream cheese ever. Ordered a blueberry muffin, received one with a giant chunk missing out of it. Also ordered a half dozen donuts which never even made it to my house.

I hate writing reviews I sound like a Karen but Lately this Dunkin has been horrible. The Coffee always taste burnt because they aren’t changing the coffee beans, it’s just been a hit or miss lately “am I getting good coffee today or bad coffee today”. today I got the pumpkin cream cold brew it’s brunt as h*** I don’t Taste pumpkin or the coconut that I asked put in it just tastes like a regular cream cold brew that’s brunt. I’m not happy this place used to make really good coffee and etc but now like I said its a hit or miss which is unfortunate because I live so close to this one.

Wait times are long. Are they understaffed? Looks like it, because the drive thru is always packed. If you go inside expect to wait. Staff is always disturbed and every time Ive been here, maybe 3 times a month, they have been less than jolly. Hey Dunkin are you listening. Help your staff out. They need it!
