Food is expensive for what you get, several items are “sold out” perpetually. Almost $2 for a small taco? Hmmmm. Employees are fast and friendly, but I had to pull around and wait in the front for my drive-thru order but the food was delivered as soon as I pulled around. Why couldn’t I just wait the 30 seconds for the food at the window?

Ok food on the run, service needs a lot of work, just common politeness would be a start, hard thing to teach our younger generation when we live in this fallen society. Poorly managed store is very busy, dirty tables and floor- door handles, counters, employees standing around playing on their cell phones, while the one or two core team players are hussling to get the food out. Pitty this mirrors how our country is going, they can’t see this as the” deapstate spell” has taken over most of our inhabitants. Food itself is cooked properly, the chicken pieces are noticeably small, a 40$ bucket of chicken is not even enough to fill the bucket 3/4 .the wings and drums are the size of a game hen, not sure what has happened to there meat supplier but this is definitely not the chicken I used to serve in my younger years when I worked for this company. The flavor can vary from good to salty – as the preparation process is not being followed thoroughly. Like everything now ,even a very busy store like Yelm, it starts with the owner caring, teaching /showing/setting a good example to the staff, then staying on top of things. I give unfortunately low marks to your store.

This place is a joke they randomly decide to close the “kfc” part of the store with no explaination and yet the order still get processed. Because the app says its open until midnight. 100% would not recommend ordering online past 9 you may get told kfc is closed but you can still order from the taco bell menu. Honestly if an explanation was given it wouldnt be so frustrating but all i get is a nah man we cant do that i didnt even know the door was unlocked. Very professional . That bar must be really low even for a franchise.
