WORST EVER. I ordered my party box 1 hour in advance. Waited and additional 1 hour and 7 minutes in the drive thru because there was only 1 guy making subs and the other one was sitting on his phone eating chips???? He can’t help wrap or make a sub?

We went to Wingstop next to Jimmy John’s. They don’t have a dining room so we got a carryout. The server did not put any dip in the bag for the veggies for my husband. Other than that we were very satisfied. The wings were great & the portion size on the veggies was outstanding.

Not friendly at all. Got upset when I asked if it was the 16in I ordered. Didn’t receive my change. I ordered 2 of the pickles and it was repeated back to me. Got my order and was missing the pickles I let them know they said they don’t do the pickles at this location when I said it was repeated back to me when I ordered they mysteriously gave me 3 of them!

My wife and I have tried ordering from this Jimmy John’s 3 times in the past month (always hours before they are posted to close online.) Each time we receive a call, or email (which is easy to miss), canceling our order because there is no delivery driver…. So why is delivery an option on the order page? I offer to pick it up, and each time they are closing too soon…. Today, they are closing for pickup at 3:45PM?! Customer service must be a thing of the past here. Time to find a Subway nearby….

Very friendly staff. Management always makes a effort to correct any mistakes. I think the people in Walled lake expect to much from a fast food joint. Its jimmy John’s not a fancy diner.. dont pay attention to the reviews of idiots online. Good food and fast!

I ordered delivery from Jimmy John’s and requested that the order be left at my door. The delivery driver chooses to pound on my door. I’m on a Zoom meeting with a client, so I don’t respond. After all, the directions say to leave it at the door. I then then here him yell “Jimmy. John’s. Delivery!” in this really obnoxious robot voice and then POUNDS on my door like he’s a cop or something. I’m in the middle of a meeting and I had to yell at him through the door to just leave it so he would stop and go away. It was just really rude and annoying. I even checked the receipt and it clearly says to leave at the door. This particular worker is the reason why I won’t go through the drive-thru anymore. I know it’s the same guy because he ALWAYS talks in this obnoxious robot voice and interrupts whenever I’m trying to order. Please have a talk with your employees about proper delivery etiquette
