Little girl at the window was rude and tried to charge me for a mistake they messed up on. If you’re going to run a drive-thru window you need to learn to deal with customers with a good attitude. Had to tell her 3 different times my drink was wrong and still didn’t get what I ordered in the first place. Kathy was the only kind person, so a big thank you to her.

They messed up my order and then acting like it was my fault bc they didn’t hear me say plain but they heard the other request I had. The fries just aren’t good like they used to be anymore and they have changed the chicks and it’s just not good chicken. They should have left everything alone. There prices are also outrageous

The GM Samantha feels it is ok to be rude and hateful to customers when they raise concerns. An employee named Joyce was extremely nice and even told the GM that she was being rude and to stop. She was very nice, but this store seriously needs to find a new GM. Samantha even rang our orders up wrong and that was why we were asking questions about our totals.

Lobby is always closed. We stopped in Sunday for a few Krystals with cheese and got cold sandwiches and fries. They desperately need to clean their Co2 lines because the fountain soda tasted terrible! Service could be improved with a little customer service training but it’s on par for customer service in Scottsboro.

Drive thru only. Long wait. The Sunriser was charred and dry from being under a heart lamp for too long. They have gone up quite a bit on prices. But I still get a hankering for Krystal now and again. In all fairness, I recognize there is still a labor shortage for this industry in this area and the inflationary pressures are not of their making. I will be back.
