This place is the worst. The food was horrible. Nasty old and that is just the chicken. The Mac and cheese was the stuff off the bottom of the pan all brunt. And the Mgr. Was very rude mean and argued with me about it.should have just gotten my money back because it made me sick and she said the replacement was the freshest.and the owner that is on the poster that says contact him if they don’t make the mark is a joke.

We ordered our food at 5:25 had confirmation number and time for order completion of 5:45, we arrived to get our order just to be told that they didnt have the order it took an HOUR after the original will be ready time of —> (5:45) then at 6:45 FINALLY found our order and started work on it. The Store had 3 employees working while the manager was back in the office. Seen multiple customers enter and leave without orders, and one who demanded their money back and left. This was an unsatisfactory experience. And Corporate will be contacted and concerns raised

Ordered a 3piece big box and a side of fries. Pulled out to check my order and they did not put the 2 sides in the box. Only 3 pieces of chicken and these are the tiniest pieces of chicken I have ever seen. The French fries were cold and a large was half full. The doors to the dining area were locked even though it said they were open. NEVER coming back here again!!!

The food was okay. My mobile order was incorrect. Thankfully it was a to go order. The inside of the store was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom had trash all over and the toilet looked like someone had explosive diarrhea days ago. The floor in the dining room was sticky and had obvious spills that were not cleaned up. The trash can closest to the door was full.

As far as I know this is my first visit here and have decided to never return. I have not even tried my food yet. Cashier was nasty. 7/25/16 6:58 pm. I feel cheated. She asked me if I wanted a fill up but I didn’t and i should have. But she turned it around because I asked for large lemonade, but gave me medium. So I got both.

Been going to this location on lunch for a while and think I’m finally going to stop. The food has become way overpriced and the chicken tenders are small af. I paid almost $10 for 3 chicken tenders and a small mac n cheese. The total size of the tenders I got might equal one tender from Lee’s.

The chicken strips that I ordered were so dried out they were like shoe leather. Very tiny little pieces of dried up shoe leather. The staff member who put it in my box could’ve seen that before they served it to me. I will never ever ever go back to KFC. I would never recommend them if you want a good juicy chicken go to Lee’s The manager argued with me about the quality of her food and said it’s up to standards. If that’s the case their standards are so low they should not be in business. $12 for four Little tiny dried out chicken strips a side of macaroni and cheese and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. Disgusting!

Paid 10 dollars per meal. The darker one with pickles is Nashville heat has no sauce on it the other two meals the chicken tasted of old oil. When I called to speak with a manager they were rude and said they personally checked these meals them hung up when I asked to speak to their supervisor this is the only review I’ve ever written on a business but it’s also the first time I’ve been this dissatisfied in the food service and customer service of a place.

Horrible for the price. The other kfcs in fort wayne are way better. I got a 3 piece combo last night my pieces of chicken were 2 tiny drumsticks and 1 tiny thigh all of which was dark brown was supposed to be original recipe. Like might as well have ordered 3 chicken wings. My friend ordered the 2 for 5 chicken wrap and they were out of pickles but the wraps were so small 2 of them would leave a 5 year old still hungry. The people working were very nice
