We went through the drive thru. The staff on the headset was patient and kind with us. She was able to give suggestions AND she put us into combos to save us from spending to much!! The food was excellent. The service was impeccable. The laid back, easy going atmosphere was just what we needed!

The food was great. But I’m really here to comment about the experience afterward. Apparently, the gas gauge was off in my suburban. I tried to start it and was unable to. The manager and an older black exmilitary gentleman, i believe he said his name was Ronald, i could be mistaken, and came to help me. Ronald personally drove me to the nearest gas station where i was able to get a gallon of gas, and he gave me a ride back. He went way above and beyond what most people nowadays would do. He definitely deserves an employee of the month. Raise. Something other than just my recognition and thank you.

Came in on a Friday night at 515 waited 22 minutes for chicken didn’t get the order correct had to Return to the store to ask for my biscuits ask for to big boxes to be bagged separate but the sides were in another bag so had to read deliver the big boxes because half was in one bag and half in another by the time I finally got to eat my chicken it was cold terrible prices too high for what we got the service was horrible the manager was even worse than horrible Just horrible

I went through the drive through and placed an order for my daughter and her boyfriend who just had a baby. Took a long time to place my order as they were out of some of the items like Mac n Cheese. In the middle of ordering our meal there was a girl who said gross!!! What? Then I pull up n pay and they ask me to pull over n give them a few minutes. Took about 25 minutes. Finally get my food, get to my daughter’s house which is 25 minutes away. So far out she doesn’t have cell phone service and not all our food was in the bag. Benton location is typically slow. Food is great service is slow.

Every time we order it is wrong. We pay for our complete order, but when we get home there’s always an item missing from the order. I’ve had it with them. I pay for food I don’t get. It’s sad that you’re that incompetent to just get an order right!! Won’t waist my time or money again for food I don’t get!!!
