Most folks come on here to complain. However, I’ve visited this location multiple mornings and the employees have not only been super friendly and polite but they’ve been quick as well. I know for many fast food locations the bar has been set low these days but it’s important to highlight those who consistently provide a high level of customer service. Thank you to the morning team at this Hardee’s location and keep up the great work!

This has to be the worst Hardee’s in durham. The lobby is never open and managers always tell customers we are waiting on the cashier. This makes no sense. The service is slow and they usually only have 2 people working. Food takes forever and is still lukewarm. Please hire more able staff for this location. I see why the parking lot is always empty.

Store has a 95 score. Me and my daughter came in after her eye apt and the general manager here white man with 1 tooth. Is training 2 employees and he told them to lock the doors at 10:45 am because he doesn’t want to take orders at the counter and do drive thru while training.. absolutely unacceptable! And not allowed at any store I have ever worked at. If this is a corporate location and they are doing this. I’m appalled and they need to get in trouble! I’m sitting on the inside and watching people try to come in and the young man he is training is telling them no they can’t come in. That’s so wrong. Food was decent as always. Slow to get. But was good. I’m just shocked that the GENERAL MANAGER is doing things that are against policy!!!! Shame on him. I just watched someone unlock the door to leave and another man walked in and went to the counter and the same general manager completely ignored him kept his back turned towards him. Me and my daughter left and the man left right behind us super upset and he is in a work truck with a trailer who cannot get thru the drive thru. I am APPALLED. that’s a good way to loose business!!

Try to go and get breakfast before work sign and website says they’re open at 6 am. I’ve gone by four times in the last month at 6:15 AM and they’re closed per the recording on the drive-through.

Here it is, I place the order at the box. Was told a price, I said that it’s so wrong. Get to the window asked what did they hear me tell them read back half an order that’s why it was so cheap. Order 2-10 piece chicken fingers with meal and 1 Frisco burger should’ve be closed to $25.00 but was told $16.00 so after this they bring the drinks ( was tea) and then drop the whole bag of food on the ground. I did wait for replacement food! So here are the pics of what was left.

This fast food restaurant there food is very good, but there is one problem the service is very but very slow so they need to keep eye on the service thats why they call them fast food we wait like 20 min or more to get our food and i was trying to order something else but i didn’t. Also alot of people was so mad about their food and drive thru maybe like 4 cars left they told them to hold on but they wouldn’t take there orders
