This coffee place is amazing. The first time I came was early in the morning some days ago and their drive up was opened. Saved my life because I need coffee just waking up. I can say their parking lot is spacious and capable of handling many cars. This place is close to the airport and very convenient for those that just arrived from a hefty flight. The restrooms are clean and for paying customers only. It has access for people with disabilities. Their staff is friendly and young for the most part. I asked for a recommendation this morning and with a smile the cashier advised me on the midnight coffee. They only have donuts and coffee products for the most part from what I can observe. They have couches.

I frequent Dunkin quite often. Depending on where I’m doing showings that day is the location I’ll stop at. This was the first and last time at this particular one. The girl with the short blue black hair crazy rude. Acted like even me coming through the drive through was a huge inconvenience for her. Then I wanted to pay with Apple pay. Huge sigh. Slams the window. Rolls her eyes. Then my coffee was wrong. And I mean grossly wrong. No flavoring. No syrup. I go back through the drive through no apologies nothing. Slams the window. Snatches my drink brings it back. It still tastes like garbage. My donuts were stale also. Three maple rings all hard and old and not fit to serve. Never again. Hire new people at this one.

This whole strip mall is crawling with drug addicts, thieves and thugs. Not to mention the homeless period Best advice is to go somewhere else until they put twenty four hour security guards in this strip mall.

It’s either hit or miss with his place. Today was a pleasant, albeit, overpriced visit. The other day was terrible and we walked out. It depends on who’s working on that particular day. Today had any alternative music vibe, the other day had a ghetto rap music vibe. Buyer beware.

Because we had a big group we decided to make it easier on the employees by ordering ahead online. We walked in to the dunkin and sat down just waiting for food. We greeted the employees but tried to keep quiet as possible. Once one of our orders we’re ready we went up to grab it from the pick up desk and the manager basically yelled at us saying it’s a walk in order and not ours. We told her that we did order walk in and it is in fact our order. She kept insisting that it wasn’t ours cause we had just walked in. We even told her the name on the order and she would not give us the food. We finally showed her the receipt on our phone to confirm it was our order and then she finally gave it to us. We had two other orders left and each order had at least 1 item burnt or undercooked. We asked to remake one sandwich cause it was super burnt and the new one we got was also burnt but we didn’t want to get yelled at again so we just left it. I do understand that having a big group come in early is the morning is hard on the employees but we definitely tried to make it easier on them. There was no reason to be rude.

Great like all the other locations. Drive thru setup is quite creative & there was soo much trash outside the drivethru that needs some tending too. Other than that coffee on point order correct and the munchkins were tasty.
