Food is always great. We love Popeye’s spicy chicken and popcorn shrimp, as well as side dishes. Of all fast food eateries, Popeye’s has the BEST dipping sauces, especially Blackened Ranch and Mardi Gras Mustard. Service at the Lebanon TN location is consistent, efficient, and accurate at the Drive through and the few times I’ve been to the counter. Haven’t eaten-in, but is always neat and clean. No complaints once they got the bugs worked out upon first opening and the online system, which is normal.

don’t order from this place if you want them to actually include the things you ordered. nine out of the past ten times they have just completely neglected entire parts of the meal that I ordered. they literally do not care enough to make sure they’re not forgetting every single side or multiple sandwiches or drinks.

Went 4 hours before closing asked for a three-piece combo only received one very old large breast paid for a bunch of jalapeños couldn’t even get one, and they were not busy at all. The FaceTime I called the phone rang multiple times. The second time I called the voice machine told me I had been sent to voicemail a waste of time and money!

The folks working there were fine. The dining room @ 2:30 really needed to be cleaned and the food was not fresh. Heck, our biscuits were more hockey puck than food it seemed
