Desiree, our server was by far respectable and attending to us but the quality of the food was below average. We compared the quality of food and volume to a restaurant called Los Carnarles and we basically paid for the name. We ordered chicken “fajitas” and received cut chicken breast instead. The margaritas were tiny compared to Los Carnarles. Their chicken “breast” wasn’t as good because we felt like it was EXACTLY like buying a rotisserie chicken from Walmart and just cutting up the meat instead of receiving “chicken fajitas.”. That’s what they did and just resell at a higher percentage. We paid pretty much double for what we would’ve paid at Los Carnarles. Los Cararles has authentic Mexican food and music, as well as decent quality prices and better quality food than Papasitos in our experience.

I don’t typically eat at chain restaurants but met a group here. The service was great and the Plato Del Mar was pretty good. Someone ordered a salad and was the last to get their food. The drawn butter makes everything better.

Excellent food and ambiance. I am in love with their cheese enchiladas. Also, the wave cocktail which is a frozen margarita swirled with sangria is so good! I’m definitely going to look up and see where there are other locations of this restaurant!

I got recommended to try this place several times so I gave it a go. Initially we made a timely reservation but apparently at the wrong location. So we showed up to the one we wanted and had to sit at a table close to the door because it was so packed. We had drinks and chips and salsa. My sister had a steak fajita and I had shrimp tacos. I immediately got sick and the band playing live music from table to table did not help. The food had an alright taste but did not impress me based on the reviews I’ve heard.

Excellent tex-mex food. They are very popular so sadly, service can be slow at times and the atmosphere a bit loud. Expect a wait almost every day, so booking ahead on their website is recommended.

Took my Mom here for Cinco de Mayo lunch. We had a delicious lunch and tried the Margaritas as well. The Texas Redfish and Shrimp is so yummy. We sat outside and just enjoyed ourselves. Our server was very attentive too.

This place is why they say everything is bigger in Texas. Every dish is made as if you’re a hungry teenager, a hungry pregnant lady, or someone about to build a barn by himself. So, the portions are huge. Don’t order with your empty stomach. I’d definitely recommend anything with shrimp. Other than that, have at it – this place what Tex Mex is all about.

We had such an enjoyable experience with Celeste as our waitress. It was our first time trying Pappasito’s as we are new to the city, and she made our experience memorable. She was patient and explained to us the menu items really well. The food was delicious and we even had leftovers for the next day! But honestly, it was Celeste’s amazing service that made the whole experience unforgettable. We had never been to Pappasito’s, but thanks to her, we will definitely be back!
