Ordered three pizzas for my birthday and didn’t receive them until two hours later, even though the store is less than a mile and a half from my house. The food was delivered by a non-professional with no uniform, no hot bag to keep the food warm, and not even a modicum of respect or courtesy from a customer service perspective. On top of that the food was mid. I wouldn’t wish Papa John’s on my worst enemy. Please do better!

I just ordered from this location and they were supposed to bring food to my work. They came, but did not call and then left and completed the order saying they delivered it. I did not get any food and they still charged me for it. I also used Papa Dough for this order and now I don’t even have the $10 in Papa Dough that was used. I am demanding a refund! Do better people!

The staff are cold and disconnected to customer service. No in store greeting after waiting 15 minutes only to be told the wait for carryout was an additional 40 minutes. This is my 2nd time and I won’t be returning. 1st time overcooked my wings dried them to the bone. Oh well lost foodie customer

I order via DoorDash and when it came in less than 30 minutes I knew I was gonna be annoyed. Of course my pizza is very undercooked. Bottom of the crust is white and toppings are soggy. I understand you may be bust on a Saturday afternoon, but can you please not rush the service I’d rather wait an hour than to have undercooked pizza also please cut the veggies better.
