Last week I purchased two iced donuts. The donuts were placed in a bag with the one on the bottom was placed iced side down. The second donut was placed iced side down on top of the bottom donut. Needless to say the donuts were a huge mess with no icing. Today I went to the same Dunkin and ordered two iced donuts. I figured last week was a fluke but no! I received my order the exact same way. I will no longer go to that establishment for anything. I take it they do not care about their customers so I will no longer give them my business

Employee stated she was only one on duty, doing drive, counter, filling orders, preparing sandwiches, etc. She was on a drive in order when I came in. 10 minutes later (i looked at watch), she greeted me.

This was a stupid long line for only 5 or six cars! Unbelievable! Had three cars in front of me and had to wait more than 10-15 minutes before having my order taken! Then I get up to the drive thru monitor and wait another 5! Absurd! This place needs to get more employees or at least harder working ones. Shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes when there are 6 cars or less in front of me!

This location is so awful but it’s the closest one to me so I deal with it, but this place is so slow. There wasn’t a single person inside and I was the only one in the drive through and it took almost 10 minutes to get ONE coffee. Just a basic coffee. The employees do nothing but talk and play around. Some of us stop on the way to work and dont have time to stand around and watch the employees do nothing. The manager deff needs to be replaced because all she does is stands there lookin lost like a deer in the headlights and doesn’t speak or do anything. This place needs help or it’s going to crash and fall

Clean and bright restaurant staffed by friendly and diverse employees and management. Excellent coffee and food products as can be expected from Dunkin. Clean and well-lit restrooms. Lots of parking. Outside tables for our wonderful Vero Beach weather during the season. The owner is very service and product focused. A well-deserved five star rating.

It’s a shame the owner of this franchise doesn’t understand that if he hired more help and paid them, he could make more money. I guess he is only going to be happy when his amount of business = the labor he is willing to pay. Two employees plus a manager cannot run drive-through, dining room, online ordering, cooking and making drinks efficiently. Beware!

Drive through line is always UNMOVINGly long. If you go inside to avoid it, the workers will completely ignore you and be rude to you when you dare speak up after waiting to be acknowledged. I’ve attempted to get through the drive through for several mornings now, and the library DOESNT MOVE. People leave from the line because it takes so long.
