The Confluence is a community cafe in downtown New Castle. We offer delicious dining and specialty coffee drinks in the city’s most popular meeting space. Our locally-sourced menu is available for eat-in, carryout or delivery. With live music every week and parties and events in our meeting rooms, we are definitely The Place to Be in New Castle.
Most importantly, The Confluence is a non-profit owned and operated by Cray Youth and Family Services. That means every dollar you spend at The Confluence benefits a local child in need.

Was in the area and had some time to kill, so we came here for breakfast. It’s an odd place. It is huge and has tons of seating. Their espresso drinks were okay, and breakfast sandwiches were comparable to Dunkin Donuts. Service was okay.

I stopped by after an nearby appointment. I had a double espresso and a cheese danish. Espresso was served in a large cup, with the clerk’s apology stating they did not have espresso cups. This is very resource wasting and very odd for a coffee shop. The danish pastry was very dense and wide, i had several bites if the dough before I got to the excellent cream center.
