Japanese shabu-shabu hot pot restaurant, a form that emphasizes lighter and more quickly cooked ingredients. While orders of meat need to be placed with a server, this dining experience is enhanced by the self-service buffet bar in the back which contains various vegetables, noodles, and sauces. Broths such as soy milk and sukiyaki — a bold, sweet, and salty soy-based Japanese base — offer Eastside hot pot fans something a little different.
Meats & veggies are cooked at table grills in this trendy Japanese restaurant also serving donburi. Based on 480 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.4 stars. Price $$

Very delicious food! The restaurant is very clean and the self-service bar contains so many fresh, various options. I was amused at how they kept the self-serve area clean. The meat quality is not what you’d expect at AYCE place.

The all-you-can-eat shabushabu offered great quality and fresh produce. I couldn’t help but notice the exceptional customer service and pleasant ambiance of the establishment. Premium option was $55

Hot pot has been the hottest trend in the past year in Seattle. So naturally my friend wanted me to try.

I recently went to this hot pot restaurant and it was amazing. The broth was flavorful and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The staff were also really helpful and attentive. My favorite AYCE hot pot restaurant! So worth the one hour drive.

Food is great. We got the premium meat option and it was the best part. The buffet has a good mix of options. It’s basically a raw hotpot buffet and then you cook everything in the broth at your table. Service is friendly.

We got here just before 8pm on a Monday (not realizing that they close at 9) and the staff was fantastic. They quickly explained how their set up works so we could get started eating right away and get the most out of their buffet-style hot pot. The host was absolutely wonderful – very excited and friendly – he made our visit so fun! Truly, I cannot say enough good things about the staff here, I’ll be going again on that alone.

Love the vibe. Excellent customer service. You have to order the meat, everything else is available in buffet table. Individual pot for each person, which is pretty cool. Meat quality is good, and variety of options for buffet bar. Only thing I dont like is that the buffet bar is close 1 hours before the restaurant close, so if you come in late, you might have to rush a bit.

My experience at this all-you-can-eat hotpot restaurant was stellar. I went with the House beef & pork option with the Original Kombu broth.

Great buffet selections and good service but probably not my taste in hot pot. I typically go with a Chinese style hot pot where the broths are more savory vs sweet but just my preference. A bit pricey even for an all you can eat spot but good quality meats and food.
